Programme bookings
Guests can either reserve Puriti when booking or take part once at the resort.
Since its creation in Phuket in 2004, Puriti has delivered 15,000 botanical longevity programmes for luxury resorts and private clients.
An established programme that brings your spa, kitchen and movement teams together around one coordinated guest experience.
Guests can take part over stays of three, five, seven or fourteen days.
Puriti brings the botanical blends, and your resort provides the nutrition, movement and spa treatments, creating a coordinated daily programme that is enjoyable and easy to follow.
Your spa team leads delivery, your chefs create the menus and your resort provides the luxury hospitality.
Puriti approaches longevity through a daily rhythm that influences healthy ageing: how people eat, move, rest and recover.
A guest-controlled digital wellness record helps your spa build on treatments, menus and preferences when preparing each return visit.
Your resort may choose to offer Puriti as a premium private label product under its brand name.
Puriti is implemented throughout the spa and kitchen.
“Having worked with Deborah, the founder of PURITI, for more than 15 years, I have developed great confidence in her approach to wellness. At The Nai Harn Phuket, we have consistently received excellent feedback from guests who appreciate the programme’s effectiveness, simplicity and how easy it is to follow. PURITI is a valuable addition to our wellness offering, providing guests with a practical and enjoyable way to reset, recharge and embrace a healthier lifestyle.”

Your spa coordinates cuisine, botanical preparations, exercise, meditation, contemplation and treatments, with time for guests to rest and enjoy the setting.

Puriti brings botanical preparations, nutrition, exercise, meditation, contemplation, spa treatments and rest together in one coordinated longevity programme. Puriti can be developed to suit the resort’s cultural background. The architecture of the programme remains consistent. Its expression changes according to the property, which makes it easy to implement globally.
The Puriti guest menu provides fresh nourishment, predominantly from locally sourced ingredients.
The Puriti Box contains six organic Thai botanical blends for use at set times during the day.
Juices, smoothies and botanical preparations are offered at planned intervals within the day’s nutritional programme.
Your team draws on the resort’s facilities and setting to offer walking, swimming, Pilates, yoga and gentle gym activity, suited to the guest and their programme.
The programme’s natural rhythm utilises spa treatments every other day to suit the guest’s progression.
Meditation, contemplation and restorative rest have their place in the daily schedule, alongside time for sleep and the freedom to enjoy the resort.
The Puriti programme draws on the resort’s natural landscape, climate, and architecture.
Puriti is modular. Guests choose the number of Puriti Boxes to suit their stay, and every programme begins with preparation and ends with a return to normal eating.

The menu includes fresh produce, raw dishes, smoothies, juices, soups, broths and cooked food. Your chefs develop recipes within Puriti’s nutritional framework and ingredient requirements, drawing on local produce and the character of the destination.
Puriti provides the nutritional architecture.
The chef creates the expression.
Before launch, Deborah Delaney and Kelvin Koh deliver three full days of training with spa, operations and management. Each team coordinates the programme across departments and guides guests through each stage with highly personalised service.
Once training is complete, your teams are ready to guide each guest through a seamless Puriti journey. Return visits after launch can be arranged if required. For hotel groups, Puriti can be developed across a collection, with each property drawing on its local cuisine, landscape, culture, activities and existing spa offering.

Puriti works with the resort to build an ongoing, commercially sustainable programme.
Guests can either reserve Puriti when booking or take part once at the resort.
The spa becomes the centre of the stay rather than a single appointment.
The signature nutritional dishes and culinary experiences developed by your chefs belong to the property.
Guests experience the Puriti Boxes during their stay and can purchase additional Boxes to follow further programmes at home, using familiar preparations, recipes and a daily timetable.

Puriti is part of The Living Blueprint, the longevity consultancy for luxury hospitality founded by Deborah Delaney. The consultancy designs programmes, trains teams and supports the resort’s relationship with guests after departure. Resorts may offer Puriti in its own right or within a wider longevity programme.
Through The Living Blueprint, hotels can offer guests a personal digital wellness record as part of their programme. Treatments, menus and preferences provide a foundation for future visits, helping the spa prepare an experience that builds on the last. The information belongs to the guest, who controls what is shared and may choose to make further relevant health information available to their practitioners.

Arc Vitae is the flagship programme and intelligent longevity journey. It takes the philosophy behind Puriti into longer, more intensive experiences by private aviation, across carefully selected resorts, with each destination contributing a different environment.

Planned for 2027, the Puriti in-room wellness collection brings longevity into the guest room through hydrating preparations in individual sachets, ready to add to water or juice. Presented in a box, the collection is designed for use throughout the stay and for guests to take home as aftercare.
Resorts can introduce the collection independently of Puriti, choosing to offer it in all rooms or only in villas and suites.

Deborah Delaney formulated Puriti’s botanical blends under the guidance of a third generation Thai Chinese master herbalist. Commercial sales began in 2006, when the Phuket Gazette recorded the launch.
The ingredients are grown in Northeast Thailand on the farm that became Thailand’s first organic farm in 2004. For seventeen years, the botanicals have been produced in a Thai FDA facility.
Puriti has been delivered at luxury properties across Asia and the Maldives and is offered today at The Nai Harn, Phuket.
